Advisor-Dr. Xin Ye

Dr. Xin received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tongji University, China in 2000, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in transportation engineering from the University of South Florida in 2004 and 2006. Currently he is also an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department of Cal Poly Pomona. Prior to joining Cal Poly Pomona, he served as a major researcher in many research projects funded by the Federal Highway Administration, Maryland Department of Transportation, Baltimore Metropolitan Council and Maricopa Association of Governments.  His research has been extensively published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at major transportation conferences. At present, he is serving as a member of the committee on Traveler Behavior and Values (ADB10) of Transportation Research Board and paper referee of several transportation journals including Transportation Research, Transportation, Transportation Research Record, etc.
