Ms. Bian has extensive immigration experience representing private companies in obtaining residence status and nonimmigrant worker visas for their employees, and represented many scientists, researchers and scholars, and other clients with extraordinary ability in their immigrant visa petitions. She has also advised foreign investors on their investments in the U.S. through EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program and EB-5 Direct Program, and provided counseling on EB-5 Regional Center Applications.
Prior to founding her own law office, Ms. Bian practiced business immigration law with several established immigration practices in Southern California, focusing on EB-1, NIW, EB-2/EB-3, and EB-5 immigrant visa petitions, as well as H-1B, O, L and E non-immigrant worker visa petitions. She travelled to China a number of times to participate in EB-5 trade shows and seminars, and also presented a business immigration seminar in Dubai, UAE. Before starting her legal profession, Ms. Bian was a personal banker in Bank of China, Shanghai Branch, where she gained substantial financial knowledge in personal finance field.
Ms. Bian is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Shanghainese.
